his listing is for a vintage brass tenor saxophone ligature. There is no brand name, nor any other markings on it. This ligature will fit most tenor sax mouthpieces of standard, or slightly large girth. It is in good condition, and fully functional. It has not been bent out of shape, and the screws work properly. The lacquer finish is mostly intact, with light wear and scratching. The cap is not original to the ligature, but it is a good fit, and a close match in lacquer color. It is also in great shape, with no dings or other damage.
